ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know status of your order

Since we are artisan bakers, in order to provide the best quality of our products we only serve freshly made breads. For this reason, we may need to prepare your order from scratch when the order is placed. This may be the case depending on the items ordered. If so, you may expect to have your product ready to be shipped or delivered in 2 days after you ordered it.

We cannot accept international purchases.

Due to the nature of our products, we only serve the following states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 7 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

If the products ordered are in stock, orders placed before 12 am will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

At this time, we offer flat rate shipping for local deliveries.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or cancel flat rate shipping rates at any time.

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.

Please be aware of the estimated delivery date at checkout. When the order is placed you agree to receive the products at the estimated delivery date specified. 

The products that our customers order may be time-sensitive and more than 2 days in transit can affect the quality of the products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dough@thedoughlabmiami.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
